McCain and the Politics of Hate
Not to beat a dead (campaign) horse, but it's enthralling to see these living relics walking our streets, living in our towns, relics of 1950's/1960's culture and race wars when those tormented by religious guilt and oppression turned to hatred and scape-goating to better live with themselves. Better dead than red, or perhaps better dumb than morally good. I saw a sign last night from a 60's activist at a Jerry Falwell rally; "thou shalt not kill." Violence leads to death like starvation leads to hunger. "love thy neighbor." You are a cog in the wheel. you've been deceived. believe in something, it's called America. stop deceiving us McCain.
